Google Maps integration within CRM
We have now included Google Map integrated within our CRM module.
CRM and sales professionals are now able to get closer to their leads, prospects and customers than ever before, thanks to seamless access to the world’s leading location mapping service. Users now have the ability to search for and filter their contacts, leads, prospects, customers and even opportunities by location, making route planning seem like a walk in the park.
The Google Maps integration functionality allows you to search for a postcode and pinpoint the closest contacts to it in a matter of seconds. The results then appear on the map via colour coded markers. These not only display the location but are also colour-coded according to their database category (pre-assigned by the user when added to the ERP) or opportunity stage. You can also use the street view to get a detailed view of the location.
Mouse over a marker to view summary information about a particular Lead/Prospect/Customer – e.g. Postcode, Company Name, Contact Name or Category. The same option is also available for Opportunities – the map marker at a specific location displays the stage of the Opportunity, expected revenue along with a short summary as highlighted in the image below. If the complete information regarding the Lead/Prospect/Customer or Opportunity is required, simply click on the particular map marker and a pop-up window with the required record will appear. This will significantly save time that would have been wasted on searching for the appropriate record in the system.
UK postcode lookup
This functionality is one of our latest ERP enhancements, which allows you to reduce the time spent on populating numerous fields related to the customer address record. By simply typing the postcode, the system offers you the addresses within that particular post code area and you are able to automatically populate the required address fields. In this way UK Postcode Lookup enables ERP users to minimize manual work and make their workflow way more effective.
